KETTLEBELLS AND COUCH TO 5K
Like so many others I’d tried fad diets and expensive gym memberships and nothing ever seemed to stick. Now with Covid making me even more gym-averse, I decided to try something new. Nik’s approach to my training has blown me away, I ran my first ever 5k within 3 weeks! I was so proud of myself and am looking forward to my next challenge! He’s helped me create better habits and change my approach to fitness and how I think about my body. I cannot recommend his services enough!!

ENDURANCE AND WEIGHTLIFTING
I would highly recommend Nik who has helped me to address a variety of my fitness goals - including participating in an ultramarathon in the Gobi desert. Most recently during the pandemic I wanted to begin strength training away from the gym. Nik helped me devise a programme which I could do at home, which had a really beneficial impact for both my physical and mental health. I have just set up my own home gym so I can continue developing the weight lifting skills Nik has taught me!

ENDURANCE AND GENERAL FITNESS
Initially I wanted to improve my general fitness and have since trained with Nik for a variety of the different challenges; such as the SAS civilian half marathon - The Fan Dance!!! He gave me a whole new perspective on health and exercise. The tips and approaches Nik taught, I use every time I'm active outdoors or workout at the gym. GYM INDUCTION FOR FAMILY MEMBER
I asked Nik to teach my son to use the facilities at the gym in a safe and effective way. In addition I was also really pleased that Nik also advised and supported with general nutrition and nutrition post workout to ensure it complimented the training programme. Nik has had a very positive impact on my son’s health and well-being both physical and mental. It was important to me as a parent that the programme was safe and I felt reassured by Nik’s skills and knowledge.
