Hi I’m Nik nice to meet you! I’m a fully qualified PT and psychologist. You can find out more about my qualifications and my own fitness journey here.

I offer my clients health, fitness and mindset coaching, which are available on a 1-2-1 or small groups basis. I have helped clients to gain muscle, lose weight, improve strength and endurance, increase flexibility, rehabilitate after injury, start running, train for competitions/events and beat anxiety and depression.

Training can be in the comfort of your home, at the gym, in the great outdoors, or any other location of your preference. I work on a pay what you feel basis for the first month with new clients, and take daily lateral flow tests to ensure your safety.

I regularly help people to set attainable targets, unlock their potential, and address any limiting self beliefs to smash their goals. I understand that not everyone feels comfortable or wants to train in the gym and offer at home training as well as a variety of other environments, with a selection of training equipment, that brings out the best in my clients.
